Product Leader – Identity Resolution (Prefill)

About the role

SentiLink is looking for a Product Leader to own the Prefill and broader identity resolution suite. You will drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of data‑intensive platforms that power fraud detection for major U.S. banks.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for internal data‑merging, keying and linking technologies.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve quality, reliability and usability of shared datasets and internal platforms.
• Partner with engineering, data science and analytics teams to translate use cases into clear specifications and manage inter‑dependencies.
• Prioritize competing internal demands, balancing short‑term impact with long‑term scalability.
• Define success metrics (quality, latency, reliability, stakeholder satisfaction) and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building data‑heavy or platform‑oriented products.
• Hands‑on experience with large, distributed datasets in environments such as Spark, Databricks, BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑team initiatives and manage ambiguous requirements.
• Strong communication skills to align technical concepts with diverse audiences.
