Principal Teamcenter Consultant – Remote US

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Principal Teamcenter Consultant to lead operational support and continuous improvement of Siemens Teamcenter PLM environments across the United States. The role involves resolving complex technical issues, managing system performance, and ensuring high user satisfaction while mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational support and continuous improvement of Teamcenter PLM environments.
• Resolve complex technical issues and manage system performance.
• Mentor junior support engineers and enforce delivery best practices.
• Track and report metrics to stakeholders regularly.
• Stay updated with the latest Teamcenter releases, tools, and PLM trends.
• Provide rotational shift coverage and limited travel to project sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience per year of education).
• Minimum 11 years of experience installing, deploying, upgrading, and maintaining Siemens Teamcenter PLM (versions 12‑14, 2506).
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and PLM concepts.
• Experience with 2‑tier and 4‑tier production environment deployments, Deployment Center, Dispatcher, and TcRA.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and comply with U.S. person requirements.
