Principal Fraud Advisor

About the role

SentiLink is looking for an experienced fraud leader to act as a trusted advisor to large financial institutions and other financial‑services organizations. In this highly consultative, customer‑facing role you will help prospects understand how SentiLink’s products fit into their fraud and identity‑risk processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a fraud subject‑matter expert in conversations with prospective customers.
• Build trusted relationships with fraud, risk, identity, payments, and financial‑crime executives.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customers’ fraud strategies, workflows, pain points, and priorities.
• Advise prospects on integrating SentiLink’s products into their operational and technology environments.
• Support sales engagements, executive briefings, workshops, demonstrations, and complex customer questions.
• Partner with Sales to develop compelling, outcome‑oriented customer narratives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in fraud, financial crime, identity, trust and safety, or a related field.
• Significant senior‑level fraud leadership or practitioner experience within a bank, lender, payments company, fintech, or other regulated financial‑services organization.
• Deep understanding of fraud operations, risk decisioning, identity verification, investigations, or financial‑crime processes.
• Proven ability to build rapport and credibility quickly with senior executives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex fraud concepts for diverse audiences.
