About the role
The Principal will lead ADAMS Children Education Program, overseeing daily operations, budgeting, and outreach for a Sunday school serving children ages 4‑12. This on‑site role requires strong communication with parents, teachers, and the broader ADAMS team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee week‑to‑week operations of the program, including teacher scheduling, class timetables and budgeting.
- Communicate regularly with parents and coordinate staff meetings, training and supply ordering.
- Provide guidance and performance evaluation for teachers, especially new hires.
- Supervise school events, extracurricular activities and program evaluation.
- Plan and execute spiritual, social and educational activities for children, and manage marketing and student registration.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Islamic knowledge and experience working with children.
- Strong team player who can relate to students and their cultural context.
Required skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Database management.
