Principal Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations

About the role

Atlassian is hiring a Principal Analyst for Sales Strategy & Operations, working remotely from San Francisco. The role partners directly with Sales leadership to understand business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and shape the priorities and decisions that improve go-to-market (GTM) execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the business you support, including customers, pipeline, coverage, productivity and performance, and use it to form a clear point of view on where the business should focus.
• Lead the operating rhythm of the business, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, business reviews and planning, surfacing key issues and driving decisions.
• Lead high-priority strategic and operational work for Sales leadership, structuring ambiguous problems and taking work from question through decision, launch and adoption.
• Build for scale by simplifying operations, eliminating manual work and introducing automated, repeatable solutions.
• Shape annual and in-year GTM planning on capacity, coverage, territories, quotas and investment, in partnership with the teams that own these processes.
• Work across Finance, Analytics, Compensation, Enablement, Systems and central Operations to solve cross-boundary problems and turn Sales priorities into execution.

What we offer

• Base pay for new hires depending on location: Zone A $152,100-$198,575, Zone B $136,890-$178,718, Zone C $126,243-$164,817.
