Primary Care Physician – Concierge Medicine

About the role

Join Private Medical’s concierge practice as a Primary Care Physician and deliver personalized, relationship‑focused care to a limited panel of patients. You will work within a collaborative, physician‑led team that includes a registered nurse, a patient‑care administrator, and access to specialist resources.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with up to 100 patients.
• Manage chronic and acute illnesses, provide well‑checks, and conduct house calls.
• Be available after‑hours by phone for patient communication and care.
• Track physical development and psychological well‑being of patients.
• Lead a clinical support team consisting of a Registered Nurse and a Patient Care Administrator.
• Create personalized health reports for patients.

Required profile

• Board‑certified primary care physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Pediatrics).
• Commitment to patient‑centered, evidence‑based care.
• Ability to work in a team‑based, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to manage a small patient panel and provide high‑touch service.
