CPT Certified Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant – Concierge Primary Care

About the role

We are seeking a CPT‑certified Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to join our brand‑new concierge primary‑care clinic in Greenwich. You will work in a small, collaborative team focused on delivering personalized, hospitality‑driven care to our members.

Key responsibilities

• Support physicians and nurses in providing high‑quality patient outcomes and an excellent member experience.
• Deliver customized, hospitality‑forward care, including greeting patients, listening attentively, and anticipating needs.
• Prepare for and conduct home visits independently or alongside clinical staff, ensuring safety and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and assist with routine office tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Certified Phlebotomist (CPT) with Medical Assistant experience.
• Comfortable working in a small, fast‑growing team and wearing multiple hats.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to patient hospitality.
• Willingness to work traditional business hours, Monday‑Friday, with no weekend requirements.
