Prep Cook / Line Cook

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking a motivated Prep Cook/Line Cook to join the team at Felina Steak in Ridgewood, NJ. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen delivering high‑quality dishes to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a variety of dishes according to approved recipes and specifications.
• Work on multiple line stations as needed and ensure timely delivery of menu items.
• Measure, weigh, and handle ingredients while maintaining knowledge of allergens and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, follow food‑safety and sanitation protocols, and manage inventory using FIFO rotation.
• Set up, stock stations, and label/rotate prepared items appropriately.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen.
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in all cooking methods.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management, and teamwork orientation.
• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
