Barback – Support Bartending Team

About the role
Felina Ridgewood is looking for a reliable Barback to assist the bartending team and keep bar operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Restock bar supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware and garnishes.
- Ensure bartenders have everything needed to serve customers efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, floors and storage spaces.
- Collect and wash glassware, utensils and bar equipment.
- Refill ice bins and change kegs as required.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Remove trash and recycling promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages.
- Support bartenders during busy shifts to maintain service speed and quality.
Required profile
- Previous barback or hospitality experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items such as kegs and cases of beverages.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
