Practice Manager / Site Operations Manager – Concierge Primary Care

About the role

Private Medical is seeking a Practice Manager / Site Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its concierge primary‑care site in Miami Beach. Reporting to the VP of Site Operations, you will ensure smooth clinical workflows, high‑quality member experience and a productive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily site operations, optimizing workflows and resource utilization to support clinical activities.
• Directly supervise Patient Care Administrators (PCAs) through recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews and off‑boarding.
• Develop and manage staff schedules, PTO requests and coverage plans to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.
• Partner with the Lead Physician and Regional Nurse Manager as a clinical advisor to align operational processes with clinical protocols.
• Champion a member‑centric approach, handling member concerns, service recovery and contributing to retention strategies.
• Identify site inefficiencies and performance gaps, escalating issues to central leadership and driving improvement initiatives.
