Practice Director, Permanent Placement - Technology

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Practice Director for its permanent placement technology practice in Denver. The role maintains above-average performance metrics, leads business generation, directs and motivates direct reports, takes part in recruiting new hires and communicates effectively across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue-generating activities and practice group performance, and meet productivity standards for yourself and your staff
• Manage resources, attract and source talent, and train, develop and retain staff
• Meet business generation, revenue and pricing goals, with a total headcount of up to 4 including the practice director
• Build customer retention and expansion strategy, and resolve issues with internal staff, clients and candidates
• Lead with character, promote an inclusive and collaborative culture, and manage change efforts

Required profile

• 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management experience, or equivalent
• Proven performance in a talent manager or director role
• Demonstrated success in business generation and business development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, databases and other technology systems

What we offer

• Salary range of $60,000 to $85,000, negotiable, with eligibility for a bonus based on performance objectives
