Practice Director, Permanent Placement Services - Technology

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Practice Director for its Permanent Placement Services, Technology practice in the Las Vegas TTS Hub. The Practice Director maintains above-average performance metrics, leads business generation, directs and motivates direct reports, takes part in recruiting new hires and communicates effectively across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue-generating activities and practice group performance, and meet productivity standards for the individual and staff
• Manage resources, attract and source talent, and train, develop and retain staff
• Achieve pricing goals and recognise and act on business trends quickly
• Build customer retention and expansion strategy, and promote a culture of collaboration
• Resolve issues with internal staff, clients and candidates, and lead with character and an inclusive work environment

Required profile

• 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management experience, or equivalent
• Proven performance in a talent manager or director role
• Demonstrated success in business generation and business development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, databases and other technology systems

What we offer

• Salary range of $57,000 to $81,000, negotiable, with a performance-based bonus
