Power Platform Developer – DOD Clearance Required

About the role

Navaide is seeking a Mid-Level Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and optimize workflow automation tools for Navy training processes. You will leverage Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Office 365 to enhance data collection, streamline approvals, and modernize digital signature workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Power Platform solutions using ALM best practices.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions align with organizational needs.
• Plan, delegate, and track development tasks while mitigating risks to meet launch timelines.
• Design security groups and role‑based access controls, develop custom connectors for API integrations, and create reusable components.
• Define test protocols, conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proven ability to lead development teams and manage end‑to‑end application lifecycles.
• Active DOD clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
