Political Insights Manager

About the role

Katz Media Group, part of iHeartMedia, is hiring a Political Insights Manager for its Katz Digital team. The role supports the fast-growing political advertising business, leads campaign execution, manages audience data workflows and drives reporting across omnichannel offerings. It sits at the intersection of operations and strategy so clients get seamless execution, precise delivery and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across the political advertising portfolio, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and performance against goals
• Work closely with Sales to turn client needs into effective campaign strategies and flawless execution
• Manage and optimize audience data workflows, including segmentation, targeting and activation across platforms
• Lead pacing, reporting and performance analysis, giving clear, actionable insights to internal teams and clients
• Support client-facing needs such as campaign updates, performance insights and issue resolution
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to keep campaign planning and execution aligned

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital media, advertising operations, campaign management or sales support
• Experience working directly with Sales teams to support client objectives
• Highly organized, able to handle multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Required skills

• Strong understanding of campaign planning, pacing, reporting and performance optimization across digital channels (audio, video)
• Understanding of attribution methodologies, measurement frameworks and turning performance data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Sales and Ops

• Salary of $66,300 - $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications
