Point of Sale Coordinator

About the role

The Point of Sale Coordinator supports the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control of POS materials for all sales divisions and suppliers. This full‑time position works closely with sales management, suppliers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate stock of promotional items.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and allocate POS materials, including dealer loaders.
• Prepare POS and dealer loader items for delivery or sales‑rep pick‑ups.
• Maintain up‑to‑date physical inventory, purge outdated materials, and track POS stock.
• Receive, check‑in, locate, and distribute POS merchandise within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with sales management and suppliers to set up dealer loader programs.
• Assist with new store setups, existing store resets, and special events such as trade shows.
• Keep the POS warehouse area clean, organized, and safe.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience in logistics, inventory replenishment, merchandising, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and operate a forklift.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Basic PC skills for inventory and data entry.
• Forklift operation.
