About the role

Join Oregano's kitchen team as a Pizza/Pasta Line Cook. You will help prepare high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, contributing directly to guests' dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipes and procedures, ensuring consistent quality.
• Manage your assigned station efficiently to meet timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to strict sanitation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members, including assisting with dishwashing as needed.
• Report equipment issues, safety hazards, and incidents promptly.

Required profile

• High‑volume kitchen experience preferred; must be at least 16 years old (18 for certain equipment).
• Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in hot and cold conditions.
• Effective communication skills and manual dexterity.
