About the role

Oregano's is seeking enthusiastic cooks to join its kitchen team. You will help create high‑quality pizza and other menu items while working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare dishes by accurately following recipes and procedures to ensure consistent, exceptional quality.
Manage an assigned station efficiently, delivering orders on time.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff, including assisting with dishwashing when needed.
Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or incidents promptly.

Required profile

Experience in a high‑volume kitchen preferred.
Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in hot or cold conditions.
Effective communication skills and manual dexterity.
