Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver active and passive rehabilitation therapies, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and refer patients to appropriate providers.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending Texas Physical Therapist licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment, problem‑solving ability, and professional ethics.
• Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently and communicate clearly with patients and care teams.
