Pharma/Life Sciences & Med Device Manufacturing QMS Consultant – Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Operations practice as a Pharma/Life Sciences & Med Device Manufacturing QMS Consultant. In this role you will work closely with clients to analyse product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks and design strategies that accelerate speed‑to‑market, reduce costs and improve quality.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clients to streamline product development and manufacturing processes.
• Identify bottlenecks in product lifecycles and propose solutions to improve speed‑to‑market.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and optimise supply‑chain integration.
• Leverage digital technologies to raise product quality and operational performance.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market‑trend analyses to inform product strategy.
• Manage project resources and guide teams through product development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for studies in analytics, engineering, life sciences, business, or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data for business improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and work in complex environments.
