Personal Investment Teacher – Remote (US)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Personal Investment Teacher to guide members of a fast‑growing financial education program for the Latino community in the United States. This remote, 8‑week program combines financial education, community engagement, and coaching to help participants build confidence and take actionable steps toward their long‑term financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Guide members through weeks 3‑8 of the program, ensuring comprehension and progress.
• Lead live group sessions and provide one‑on‑one coaching as needed.
• Onboard new members and keep them engaged throughout the curriculum.
• Answer questions and support members via the Skool platform, direct messages, and community posts.
• Explain investment concepts in a clear, simple, and engaging manner.
• Track participant progress, collect feedback, and document success stories.
• Utilize AI tools and internal systems to continuously improve the member experience.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience in finance, investments, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience teaching, coaching, mentoring, or training others.
• Hands‑on investing experience, either personal or through advising others.
• Relevant certification, training, or education in finance or investments.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. Latino market, including financial realities, fears, and goals.
• Native‑level Spanish proficiency.
• High energy, charisma, and confidence speaking on camera.
• AI‑first mindset with willingness to use, improve, and train AI tools.
