About the role
Energy Pellets of America is seeking a reliable Pellet Mill Operator for its Wilmington, OH pellet shop. The position works the 2nd shift (2 pm – 10:30 pm) on a full‑time basis, operating the pellet mill and related packaging equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Run the pellet mill, bagging machine, and shrink‑wrap equipment.
- Maintain and clean all equipment as needed to ensure continuous production.
Required profile
- Strong work ethic with good attendance.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow safety procedures.
Required skills
- Machine operating experience.
- Computer proficiency.
- Previous forklift experience.
- Ability to read and count parts, read a micrometer, and lift up to 75 lb.
