Patient Concierge (Receptionist)

About the role

Swish Dental is seeking a friendly and motivated Patient Concierge to be the first point of contact for our patients. You will ensure a welcoming environment, assist with administrative tasks, and support the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and inviting studio environment.
• Greet patients, assist with electronic intake forms, and collect payments.
• Notify the clinical team of patient arrivals and escort patients to the appropriate areas.
• Contact insurance companies to verify coverage and gather policy information.
• Set up new patient accounts and create charts.
• Schedule appointments and handle other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Reliable transportation for punctual attendance.
• Detail‑oriented with strong interpersonal and telephone etiquette.
• Willingness to cover shifts at different locations as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience preferred.
• CPR and/or BLS certification preferred.
