About the role
The Resound Project offers a two-year Pastoral Residency for qualified male seminary graduates seeking ordination. Residents serve full-time in a local New York church, gaining hands-on ministry experience while being mentored toward future leadership roles such as lead pastor or church planter.
Key responsibilities
- Work full-time at the host church, participating in preaching, teaching, worship facilitation, community-group leadership, and mission-focused evangelism.
- Complete a series of leadership modules covering preaching, pastoral care, cultural dynamics, mission strategy, and church renewal.
Required profile
- Male candidate who has graduated from seminary and is pursuing ordination as a minister of the gospel.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and a clear sense of calling toward church renewal and pastoral ministry.
