Part‑Time Warehouse Operator – Weekend Shift

About the role

Join 3M's Distribution Center in DeKalb, IL as a Part‑Time Warehouse Operator on the weekend shift. You will work alongside a global team of innovative 3Mers, contributing to the efficient flow of products from assembly to shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and work at various stations to assemble, package, and inspect finished goods.
• Use computer systems for process monitoring, data entry, inventory transactions, and order processing.
• Fill, pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Inspect products for accuracy and quality, identifying damaged or non‑conforming items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following safety and quality procedures.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to pass 3M‑selected testing if required.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for inventory and order processing.
• Operation of production equipment and warehouse machinery.
