3rd Shift Warehouse Operator

About the role

Join 3M’s DeKalb Distribution Center as a 3rd Shift Warehouse Operator. You will help keep production moving and ensure customer orders are prepared accurately during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and workstations to assemble and package finished goods.
• Use computer systems for process monitoring, data entry, inventory transactions, and order processing.
• Fill, pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage, reporting any non‑conforming items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following safety procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or higher; must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, extended hours, and holidays as needed.
• Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
