About the role
Join Santander’s Yorktowne Branch in Manalapan as a part‑time teller. You will provide front‑line banking services, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience for customers while supporting the branch’s daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and refer appropriate bank products.
- Follow compliance, risk‑management and fraud‑prevention procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and support nearby branches as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months cash‑handling and customer‑service experience.
- Ability to work flexible branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic computer skills and arithmetic.
