Part‑Time Sales Associate – Austin

About the role

Ridealso is seeking an energetic Part‑Time Sales Associate to help launch and grow its electric‑mobility brand in Austin. Reporting to the Market Manager, you will be the face of the company at mobile demos, retail locations, and community events, delivering memorable experiences that turn curiosity into qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers in both mobile and fixed retail settings, showcasing ALSO vehicles and guiding demo rides.
• Convert interest into qualified leads and support local sales targets.
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of mobile demo events and local activations.
• Operate and maintain the demo fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, charged, and ready for customers.
• Represent ALSO at community pop‑ups, partner events, and other brand activations.
• Support daily retail hub operations over time, including opening/closing, merchandising, and upkeep.
• Follow operational, safety, and compliance procedures as directed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, events, sales, hospitality, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take on varied tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; enjoys storytelling and active selling.
• Flexibility to work weekends and attend events in a dynamic, field‑based environment.
