About the role
Join Genoa Healthcare, a pharmacy care services company within Optum, to support mental health and specialty pharmacy operations. You will dispense prescriptions, handle clerical duties, and ensure compliance under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
Key responsibilities
- Fill prescription orders and make them available for pharmacist verification.
- Order, receive, store, and process pharmacy supplies and wholesaler medication orders.
- Maintain inventory records by verifying stock and entering data.
- Perform clerical duties and occasional deliveries using personal vehicle (reimbursed mileage).
Required profile
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Connecticut.
- Reliable transportation and a valid US driver’s license.
Required skills
- Prescription dispensing and verification.
- Inventory management and data entry.
What we offer
- $3,000 sign‑on bonus for external applicants.
- Hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $28.27.
