About the role
The College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University seeks a part‑time lecturer to teach graduate‑level courses in Construction Management, both on‑campus and online.
Key responsibilities
- Teach graduate courses within the Construction Management concentration of the Project Management degree and certificate programs.
- Deliver courses such as Introduction to Construction Management, Alternative Project Delivery Methods, Safety, Project Risk & Quality Management, Construction Law, and related topics.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCM) and at least 10 years of industry experience at the construction/project manager level.
- Experience teaching at the graduate level is strongly preferred; online teaching experience is desirable.
Required skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Construction Construction Management (CCM) certification or similar credential.
