About the role
The School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs at Northeastern University seeks part‑time lecturers to teach graduate courses in comparative public policy, administration, and international governance at its Arlington, Virginia campus.
Key responsibilities
- Teach graduate‑level courses for MPA, MPP, and related master’s programs, both in‑person and potentially online.
- Support Spanish exchange students through the CUNEF partnership program.
- Collaborate with faculty across the College of Social Sciences and Humanities to maintain NASPAA accreditation standards.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field (preferred) or an advanced master’s degree with relevant professional experience.
- College‑level teaching experience is preferred.
- Ability to maintain valid U.S. work authorization without university sponsorship.
