About the role
The Department of World Languages and Cultures at Northeastern University seeks part‑time instructors to teach Chinese language and culture courses on a per‑term basis.
Key responsibilities
- Teach elementary, intermediate, and advanced Chinese language courses.
- Deliver culture‑focused classes taught in English.
Required profile
- Master’s degree and prior teaching experience (Ph.D. preferred).
- Maintain valid U.S. work authorization for the entire appointment.
- Availability to teach on a per‑term basis throughout the year, contingent on enrollment.
