Part‑Time Key Holder – Retail

About the role

The Key Holder supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience across sales, merchandising and store operations at Levi Strauss & Co. This part‑time position involves coaching staff, maintaining visual standards and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and coaching to model LS&CO selling practices and meet sales goals.
• Support store operations including receiving merchandise, stocking the floor, visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service, fostering a positive shopping environment.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb., moving items, kneeling, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Demonstrates empathy for customers and coworkers, embraces originality and integrity, and shows courage to lead by example.
• Consistently meets or exceeds store sales and performance goals.
