Part‑time Housekeeper for Riverwalk Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a part‑time housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, clubhouse and other community amenities at the Riverwalk property in Eugene, Oregon. The role supports the make‑ready process and helps keep the property market‑ready for prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to maintain market‑ready appeal.
• Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager with additional make‑ready duties.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00.
