Parts Department Assistant / Service Support

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and dependable individual to support our Parts Department while assisting the Service Department with a variety of operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, working with people, and keeping the dealership running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and assist with cycle counts.
• Pick and deliver parts to technicians and service advisors.
• Assist customers at the parts counter and over the telephone.
• Package and process parts returns, cores, and warranty parts.
• Support dealership projects, daily operational tasks, and merchandising displays.
• Deliver parts between dealership locations or vendors as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual vehicles (preferred).
• Capability to lift up to 50 lb and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
