Part-Time Training and Outreach Compliance Coordinator

About the role

The Part-Time Training and Outreach Compliance Coordinator supports OSHA Susan Harwood Grant‑funded training programs at Saint Louis University’s Center for Environmental Education & Training (CEET). This role coordinates training opportunities with employers and partners, manages logistics, and ensures full compliance with grant documentation requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and track all grant‑required documentation, including sign‑in sheets, participant forms, evaluations, and instructor reports.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records and assist with grant reporting and performance tracking.
• Serve as primary contact for training partners and instructors, coordinating schedules, materials, and reporting requirements.
• Generate and share training calendars, produce outreach and documentation status reports, and develop promotional materials.
• Support special projects related to grant‑funded training operations and perform other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Customer‑service mindset and comfort conducting outreach calls and follow‑ups.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using cloud‑based document management systems.
