Part-Time Retail Supervisor – Woodstock, GA

About the role

Levi's Outlet is seeking a motivated part‑time supervisor to help create a high‑energy store environment. You will work closely with the store manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, model service standards, and coach associates on sales techniques.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly in line with company policy.
• Train new hires and existing staff on brand culture, product knowledge, loss‑prevention, and store procedures.
• Partner with management to set performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster employee engagement.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining store standards.
• Support store business strategies to meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers and ensure compliance with all Levi’s store policies.
