Full-Time Retail Supervisor – Woodstock, GA

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Retail Supervisor to lead the Levis® Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta in Woodstock, GA. In this role you will create a high‑energy store environment, engage customers, and model excellent service standards while supporting the store’s financial and brand goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors.
• Coach and train associates on sales processes, product knowledge, loss‑prevention, and store policies.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly in line with company policy.
• Partner with the Store Manager on elevated consumer issues and business strategies.
• Oversee cash handling, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Provide performance feedback and support talent retention and development.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers and ensure compliance with all store policies.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising, coaching and training staff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while juggling multiple tasks.
