Part-Time Receptionist – Family Medicine Clinic

About the role

Join Revere Health’s busy Family Medicine clinic in Heber City as a part‑time receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience while supporting clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage check‑in procedures.
• Enter and verify patient demographics, insurance details, and health information with high accuracy.
• Schedule appointments and handle phone inquiries with professional etiquette.
• Collect copays, deductibles, and process payments; balance daily cash registers.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Cross‑train on multiple front‑desk stations and complete assigned tasks.
• Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and sanitized; assist with end‑of‑day cleaning.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Self‑starter who is punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong motivation to learn and grow within the organization.

Required skills

• Knowledge of medical insurance processes.
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy rules.
