About the role

Exceptional care starts with exceptional people. As a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Orthopedic Joint Clinic, you will provide direct patient care on a part‑time basis at the Jeff Hwy location. You will work under the direction of a registered nurse and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care, including IV therapy, following the Licensed Practical Nurse Act and RN guidance.
Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Communicate professionally with patients, families, and team members to ensure a quality experience.
Adapt to rapid changes in unit needs and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current LPN license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred: IV therapy credentials.

Required skills

IV therapy administration.
Basic Life Support (BLS) proficiency.
