About the role

Join Pizza Lucé’s high‑volume kitchen team in Eden Prairie, crafting Minnesota’s best pizza and menu items. This part‑time position works evenings on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, offering a fast‑paced, hands‑on cooking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble menu items and cook on pizza, sauté, and hoagie lines.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized cooking area.
• Follow recipe specifications and proper food production techniques.
• Handle special allergy, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten‑free requests to avoid cross‑contamination.
• Perform prep, dishwashing, and assist with large party orders as needed.
• Rotate, label, initial, and date food and supplies correctly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year cooking experience.
• Must be 18 + years old and able to work nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
