Part-Time Keyholder – Retail Store

About the role

We are looking for a part-time Keyholder to join our Levi’s® store in Lynnfield Marketplace. The role supports the Store Manager and Lead Stylists in delivering an exceptional shopping experience through sales, merchandising and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and proper cash handling.
• Provide attentive customer service and drive sales to meet store targets.
• Assist with product placement, visual merchandising and stocking the sales floor.
• Coach and train team members on selling techniques and store standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, stand, kneel and climb ladders throughout the shift.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Adheres to Levi’s policies and follows management directives.
