Lead Stylist (Part Time)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part‑Time Lead Stylist for its Lynnfield Marketplace store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will shape the customer experience by coaching teammates, driving sales, and ensuring visual and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach associate selling techniques to deliver authentic customer service.
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting performance goals.
• Assist with product flow, visual merchandising, and store operations, including stocking and floor presentation.
• Maintain compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Serve as a key holder and handle core responsibilities such as opening/closing the store.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and understanding of Levi’s brand heritage.
• Positive, empathetic attitude toward customers and coworkers.
• Demonstrated courage to lead by example and drive performance.
• Ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement.
• Must be 18 years or older.
