Retail Sales Associate – Store

About the role

Levi's® Store in Lynnfield Marketplace is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance. You will represent the brand’s heritage while helping shoppers find the perfect fit.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi Strauss & Co. history and product lines.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Maintain visual standards and store housekeeping.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Utilize basic iOS devices, troubleshoot issues, and follow technical manuals.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Characteristics: Structured, Organized, Methodical, Consistent, Adaptable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Basic device troubleshooting.
• Understanding of RFID inventory processes.
