Full Time Retail Supervisor

About the role

Levi's MarketStreet in Lynnfield is looking for a full‑time Retail Supervisor to create a high‑energy store environment, engage customers, and model top‑tier service for the team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, resolve consumer issues, and ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging store experience by coaching associates on sales techniques and service standards.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly, following company policy and focusing on satisfaction.
• Partner with the Store Manager on elevated consumer issues and daily business strategies.
• Train new hires and current employees on brand culture, product knowledge, loss prevention, and store policies.
• Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster a culture of engagement and retention.
• Handle cash, merchandise shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining compliance.
• Flex store strategies to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers and ensure adherence to all Levi’s store policies.
