Part-Time Clubhouse Associate

About the role

The Clubhouse Associate will handle all administrative duties at Chief’s Chicago Clubhouse, creating a welcoming environment for members and guests. This part‑time position works 20 hours per week and includes responsibilities such as greeting visitors, managing supplies, and maintaining common areas.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check in all Clubhouse visitors, serving as the primary point of contact for requests and questions.
• Own Salesforce email communications related to Clubhouse operations.
• Maintain reservation profiles, RSVP lists, and Clubhouse signage.
• Coordinate meeting‑room bookings, including setup needs and catering arrangements.
• Manage vendor communications and purchase office supplies.
• Build and update local operations Notion pages.
• Keep the clubhouse and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
• Complete opening and closing checklists and handle ad‑hoc projects as needed.
