Part-Time Check-In Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a part-time Check-In Clerk to join our Georgetown, KY service center. The position works Monday‑Friday from 5 pm to 10 pm, pays $17.66 per hour and includes a benefits package with vacation, health coverage and access to employee resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system and route them to the appropriate contacts.
• Enter data and process driver paperwork accurately.
• Assist dispatchers with routine tasks and provide clerical support.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Required profile

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Dependable, well-organized and computer literate.
• Strong office, telephone and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products.
