About the role

Join California Behavioral Treatment Center to provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and record client progress data.
  • Support treatment programs and assist in developing plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Required profile

  • High School Diploma (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred).
  • Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass TB test and background check.
  • Spanish speakers strongly encouraged.

What we offer

  • Competitive hourly pay $22–$26 based on experience.
  • Part‑time schedule (15–20 hrs/week) with potential to grow to full‑time.
  • Flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, paid drive time, and paid training.
