About the role
Zirtual is seeking a detail‑oriented Paralegal/Intake Specialist to support a high‑volume Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) operation across roughly 42 U.S. states. This project‑based, remote position involves conducting scripted intake calls, gathering qualifying information, and organizing client documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct scripted intake calls with prospective ERTC clients and ask qualification questions using a provided framework.
- Record call transcripts and coordinate them for internal use.
- Collect, organize, and maintain client documentation in Microsoft OneDrive.
- Maintain accurate intake records and up‑to‑date digital client files.
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients and follow established workflows with minimal supervision.
Required profile
- Prior experience as a paralegal or in legal intake.
- Comfortable conducting live client calls and following structured processes.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
