Legal Counsel – Litigation & Corporate Advisor

About the role

The Legal Counsel will join Bosch's Home Comfort division in North America, providing expert guidance on litigation, disputes, and a broad range of commercial legal matters. This position requires strong judgment, independent operation, and close partnership with business stakeholders and external counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Support all aspects of litigation, including commercial disputes, product liability claims, and other legal proceedings.
• Develop and implement litigation strategy, manage outside counsel, and oversee budgeting and case management.
• Provide legal advice on contracts, marketing, regulatory compliance, and other corporate matters.
• Assist in creating and updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Deliver legal training to business clients and handle additional legal matters as assigned.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Texas.
• At least 5‑7 years of litigation experience, with significant time at a reputable law firm.
• In‑house experience preferred, especially in manufacturing, automotive, technology, or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience with product liability and commercial litigation.
