Packer – High‑End Product Packing (East Midlands)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Packer to join a high‑end B2B & B2C products business in the East Lindsey area of Lincolnshire. The role involves packing premium products to the highest quality standards, ensuring an excellent first impression for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Packing high‑end products with exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
• Conducting daily quality checks and following SALSA procedures.
• Booking stock, completing daily stock counts, and supporting local deliveries.
• Working independently when required, including occasional lone‑working tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in packing high‑end or bespoke products.
• Strong focus on quality control and detail orientation.
• Reliable, organised and proactive with a solid work ethic.
• Willingness to work a fortnightly Sunday shift and occasional extended peak‑season hours.

What we offer

• Hourly rate £14.50, rising to £15.50 after a 3‑month probation.
• Full‑time schedule 9 am‑5 pm (peak shifts up to 8 pm with additional pay).
